Those were also all units that would have been in AUJ had there only been 2 films. They could have been done at the same time as the Hunter Orcs for all we know.

+1 to Draugluin's comment + added gusto. All the DOS scenarios WERE in the big rulebook until July/August 2012, the plastic elves (+heroes, Beorn & Spiders) would all have been done in 2012 ready for release throughout 2013. They've been sitting in a warehouse for a year. There's been nothing new created in plastic for SBG since the warriors of Dale.
