I don't know if it's just me but Games Workshop's website just won't load. Has something just come out or something? I really need to check an order. Sorry if this isn't the right forum.

Could just be a temporary glitch - I tried it on IE and Firefox and got the unavailable message on both.

I was just about to post this. It's been down just over 16 hours according to http://www.iidrn.com/

Here's a better link:

Yeah it's down for me which is weird to say the least, maybe they're pushing a new build out.

Well Forge World is still up. This may be nothing other than a technical glitch - like the major screw-ups some of the UK banks have had in past 2 years where someone clicked the wrong button and everything went haywire. That's what happens when you expect to get first rate service at cut-price rates (ie, poorly paid and undertrained/inexperienced staff expected to fulfil critical roles in IT among other things).
I would only begin to feel even slightly concerned if this dragged on into Monday.

I thought that might be the reason too.

[EDIT] It's back on again.

Notice The Hobbit is not mentioned on the cover

Gah. Another worrying sign, although I don't suppose it makes much difference, there hasn't been any SBG content in the mag for over a year. At least they're being honest about it, writing 'The Hobbit:An Unexpected Journey' on the front cover was entirely false advertising for the last half of 2013.

I would expect a company of even less than GW's size to have a backup/mirror server to take over and handle traffic if the primary goes down. Not a confidence builder :(

It's back up now. Every website is prone to glitches. Hardly any of you buy from GW anyway so I'm not sure why everyone is 'moaning'

I'm not moaning, I'm just checking it's not my end that's got a problem. And I like looking at the pretty pictures OK!!! :D
