So who missed out on Smaug but really wanted him? Me, I did. So did you - you know who you are  Well, worry no longer friends, 'cos he's back in stock! I just ordered mine, and clearly I wasn't the only person doing so, as the GW page kept on timing out. Hope you get one while the getting's good (there's only 500)! Hope they're not all gone again by the time folks read this :p |

Since December I've been in a habit of checking the GW site twice daily just in case. I nearly had a heart attack when when the 502 gateway error came up every time I clicked a link. Made my evening though, as I was just about to go to bed when I looked. Will be super interested to see how long he takes to sell out. |

I was going to buy one as a collector but I will never get round to painting it so will give it a miss. I am sure if this 500 sell out they will do another run. |

Thanks for the info! I've had to order it to the local games workshop due to being away nextweek, can't wait to get it! Then leave it in the box for 20 years too afraid to paint it haha

Just bought a good bunch of Hobbit minis from a local indie with a good deal. If next boxing day this store has that same deal again and Smaug is available, I'll get him, otherwise too rich for my blood. Sure looks like there will be a whole lot more WIP threads here now on Smaug. |

Maybe this renewed level of excitement and sales will lead to more releases from GW (beyond what they had already planned). We can only hope... |
