This is a great article and certainly covers many different aspects
of doing a model of this complexity. This makes me wonder why it is rated as a basic construction since it seems much higher to me.

For example,The plans for things like the building are great but some assumption that you know how to create them, finish them off, add tiles to the roofs etc takes it out of the basic category in my opinion.

So for me great , great article but not for newbies (inc me ! )

nice work!

Clear pictures and good plans. I especially like the way the 'skelet' of the big wall is pictured. This way it gives a nice view on how to start sth. big like this Minas Tirith.
If you're already a bit familiar with these kinda constructions, I think it's a pretty easy guide to follow...
