I would first start off with a basecoat of Abbadon black (entire model). Then i would begin with a layer of Karak Stone on the wings. on the the body of the nazgul i would do a light drybrush of Rhinox hide, followed by a drybush of Dawnstone on the entire model leaving some place open on the wings to show the karak stone. Now I would use a shade (wash) of Nuln Oil over the entire model. Then highlite the karak stone area's with screaming skull and the grey parts with administratum grey mixed with dawnstone.

hope this helps a bit out (although I am not an expert painter)

enjoy painting the awesome model!!!

The Ringwraith is very simple, I would start also with Abbadon Black base coat then highlite the cloath with Dawnstone and on the bottom edge of the cloak I would drybrush the cloak Mournfang Brown to resemble some dirt and variation. And for the metal parts i would begin with leadbelcher followed by nuln oil or agrax earthshade wich you prefer and then highlite with runefang steel
