Definately High Elves, the only warrios they have are... high elves.
And indeed Rohan's rules need an update.

Not so much an update but i would like to see an ammendment to the Uruk Hai Alliances, seriously why can't the White Hand Legions ally with any of the more common Orc lists? They existed at the same time and it is not an impossible trek for them to meet as an allied force.

But really i can't see why High Elves have printed Chariots and Knights in LoME when they have neither the models nor the profiles for them in any sourcebook, only in an old WD if i recall correctly.
