How many wargaming minatures do you own?

Well, simple question, i got quite worried yesterday that i was wasting tons of money on figures and that i shouldn't buy anymore. So i decided to count them and over 7 years i have managed to aquired a grand total of 307 LOTR SBG minatures!

I know, it isnt much really for all that time, and the reason is i didn't buy many other figures apart from the ones i recieved from BGiME, so infact a large number of them are metal, and i have, loads of heroes and not enough troops.

So, please just click the correct box in the poll and assure that i haven't spent that much money compared to some people. I am counting any Wargaming minatures that are in a suitable scale (e.g not bigger than 10cm). And you don't have to go and count them, just guess here if you want, infront of your PC.

You should have included muuuch bigger options. I think Chris has more than all of those options put together :wink:

I currently own somewhere between 30-50.

Wow Josh i thought you would have more given your painting skill!? You must have learnt very quickly.

And yes maybe i should have included more options, oh well if i edit it it will change the answers already given.

Eerh.. I have around the 300-400 lotr miniatures.. and one whole Black Templar Champion. And a broken Warhammer orc and Warhammer Empire soldier. But those miniatures hardly count.

I am considering buying some Roman soldiers though

I sell most of my miniatures, though I own less than 50 I have painted over 200 in the last couple of years.

I'm not exactly sure to be honest, but it's probably close to 200.

Well, considering I have my Chaos army standing at a minimum of 110 or so, plus a few Beastmen, at least 45 Daemons, 40 Chaos Space Marines, 40 Easterlings, 150+ Chaos Dwarfs (and greenskins), 100+ Eldar (for trade if anyone wants them?) odds and ends, my WotR Dwarves, my WH Dwarves, models in storage etc etc, it's safe to say I have well over 500

When I checked a couple of years back it was just over 1000 LotR minis. Probably have more than half that number again now, but there's no way I'm going to count them all.

Hmm i voted 0-50. I just started getting back into this, so I have 6 riders of rohan, and some gobos on the way. Besides that its a couple sculpts and thats it. Oh and none of them are painted yet.

Khand, various cavalry, heroes, beasts, elite troops of various races, and no doubt many other things I have forgotten... It easily adds up to over 500. Don't worry, you can never have too many.

35 year-s same here. I have over 200 treemen.
How many figures are in the current LOTR line? I have all of them in strength My army's are small compared to some of my friends.

Erm... lots.

Goblins: about 100 with more to paint.

Orcs: about 150

Uruks: about 400

Haradrim: about 100

Army of the dead: about 160

Warriors of Minas Tirith: 150

Dwarves: 120

Warriors of Rohan (unpainted): about 200

Riders of Rohan (unpainted): about 40

So, all in all about 1500, most of which are painted.

My wife would say too many.

However, I do have a wild, crazy desire to have 1000 Uruks! That would be one tenth of Isengard, which would be cool.
