As some of you know I haven't purchased anything from the hobbit range as i found it a bit pricey.

So how happy was i to walk into my local independent gaming store and see the escape from Goblin town box set on the 40% off discount table! I guess they are clearing stock for the next movie line.

Still i held back and didn't buy it. I told my wife about it and she very sweetly made a trip in the next day an got it for me as a surprise!

I'm one very happy chappy i can tell you!

It's a pretty good set and most of the multi part models fit together nicely, a couple have some gaps but for the most part very pleased!
