Now THAT is a wargames table! My little brother toured Normandy a couple of years ago - it is something I have on my 'to do' list. |

We just set up enough for an afternoon game for six. We try to play every year as close to the Sixth as we can. It was the last table Fred and I finished before he passed. |

<faints> Let me guess - somewhere there is a Point du Hoc section? I have improvised more games on places other than purpose built tables than enough. My problem is that we have nowhere to hold a game or keep a table here at home without it getting in the way. But I am working on a solution to that. Grumpy Old Gamers convention was on at Tabletop Nation featuring Beasts of War and others. One of the tables was a huge D-Day game - picture 18 on this link. It is on some of the video done by Brian - http://www.beastsofwar.com/grumpy-old-w ... /day-pics/ |

Drumstick is either huge or he has been photo-bombed by that tiny man just behind his left knee. |

Dead Marsh Spectre wrote: LOL...Land? Exactly Flying a plane is easy. Taking off and landing are the tricky bits. I let the co-pilot handle that. |

Now that is a fungi photo You had best avoid hobbits - they eat a lot of mushrooms. Actually they eat a lot of anything, just mushrooms are top of their recipe demand-list. |
