Well, here in Canada 20/24 plastic minis have gone from $32 up to $53 in the last 2 years or so.

And in the UK from £15 to £27, though its only half of what Hurin pays, I think.

Well im Australian the boxes of 10 rrp at $37 which nobody pays - ever

Ugluk - Uruk Captain

This is all the work of Allan and Michael Perry
i have hated their work for many years - they are lazy modellers who for some reason sculpted LotR.

Everytime i have to paint an LotR plastic i get reminded of the fact that they are not good enough to sculpt GW's expected quality

also

Gamling - Rohan Royal Guard

What! Blasphemer! The Perry's are the best LotR sculptors ever, and they appeared in cameos in the LotR movies.

Yes and they modeled themselves onto the base of the Mumak. By saying their the best Lotr sculptors ever isnt much of an accomplishment. They sculpted nearly the whole range. The range could have been better. I painted an old fellowship recently and the scale between Boromir and Aragorn isnt even consistent. They got it wrong from the get go

When the new Vampire counts hex knights come out recently i saw them in the white dwarf and thought to myself. "Hm they have wierd feet and awkward poses. Takes me back to the work of the Perry's".
Sure as - Sculted by Alan and Michael Perry

you should get it if you have ever had to paint Empire Militia and Empire Troops.

Cost, not price. So he means the cost for GW, not for us.
