Hi everybody,

when the Vanquishers of the Necromancer have been released, a lot of the comments have been that Galadriel has to be painted in a bluish way. So my question is: Has anybody seen a well blue painted Galadriel?

It's a difficult effect to do correctly. GW did not do it right. Theirs looks like she has just walked through a swamp. Here are my favourites from coolminiornot.com

Oh the second one shown is my favourite.. its the eyes and the way the light eminates from her face. The first one is cool too but looks a little less intense than I remember her rapture of power in the movie.

Thanks for posting these pics ... I love seeing comparisons.

Thank you for the pictures. I really like the first one. However, the second one is the best In comparison to the movie. Are there any pictures like these from the new Galadriel?

I'm quite interested in seeing her painted like this, she has a gorgeous model but I'm dreading painting her so she looks good :(
