o.O kinda expensive for sux a tiny mini that it is, a hobbit :lol:

Big coincidence that you say that, I was just coming on here to tell people that a Lobelia I added to my watch list the other day (I didn't bid, just wanted to know what it went for) sold for £19 (plus £2 delivery). Basically confirms what we already knew about it being rare.

If you really want her it'll cost you unfortunately, I wouldn't pay that for a hobbit unless it was the only one I needed to complete my collection. That said if I knew she would be rare in years to come I would've made more of an effort to buy one back in the day.

I've managed to get hold of a Lobelia mini through a trade with Matthew (LotrCrown) along with an invisible Frodo. Ebay and trades are by far the best ways to get hold of rare minis.

I posted this in another thread not thinking about this one, but since this is a more active thread, thought I would see what you guys know here: There is rumor of a "rare" 4th pose Mahud Warrior. Some say its the one with an outstabbing spear, but since I have like 4 of those I am suspisious. The picture below is one that I think is the actual rare 4th pose. Anyone have one of these for trade OR can confirm or deny that it has or has not been released?

All i have is mahud king foot and mtd, i never seen any mahud warrior on ebay or elsewhere :roll:

That is the 4th pose that I believe was discontinued shortly after release, similar to the 4th Mordor Uruk. As a result, yes it is very rare. Bart (TheBucklandBrewer) and Brent (BrentS) were trying to grab a hold of one of these for months in an old thread, with no success.

I found a store near me that has a lot of blisters left kinda old

and some box's too, thats kinda rare to see.......at least here..lets see what i can find there ^^

Yeah I had read that in the other thread, but when I checked my stash I was like, "either I am sitting on a goldmine, or somebody is mistaken." Since I don't have the luck of Mr. Baggins I assumed the latter. Let me know if you have two . . . I will do you right on a trade.

I think its important to not over use the word rare. There are three levels as I see it. Still in production, which means you can still get it from GW. OOP which means you can't order it from GW, but there were still tens-of-thousands of these produced--i.e. not rare. And then there are the rare ones--This is a handful of models for one reason or another either appeared in super limited run OR was never truly released.
