Beastmen usually have goat legs and horns. What does the slotta base say?! Looks like a troll of some kind to me, but likely not vintage GW (although it has the feel). GW trolls from the late 80's and 90's had "stud" base attachments- a lug on one foot which corresponds to a hole on the square base that you drill yourself. It appears to have a metal slotta base?
