It's a difficult effect to do correctly. GW did not do it right. Theirs looks like she has just walked through a swamp. Here are my favourites from coolminiornot.com

Hi everybody, when the Vanquishers of the Necromancer have been released, a lot of the comments have been that Galadriel has to be painted in a bluish way. So my question is: Has anybody seen a well blue painted Galadriel? Thank you. |

Oh the second one shown is my favourite.. its the eyes and the way the light eminates from her face. The first one is cool too but looks a little less intense than I remember her rapture of power in the movie. Thanks for posting these pics ... I love seeing comparisons. |

I'm quite interested in seeing her painted like this, she has a gorgeous model but I'm dreading painting her so she looks good
