From the Mordor sourcebook they are using the 1 of the 3 Bl Numenoreans as the marshall.  So what happens to a warband full of them and a marshal? You will be using the same one as a captain and some simialiar as soldiers? Yes a different paintjob can solve it but, yeah I would like to check what happens in an official tournament... |

Make a conversion. The rule used to be that as long as its clear who is who you are fine. Now, I guess it is tournament dependent. |

U can base him differently. So for example I bought an auction of them on eBay and the Marshal was on top of a rock with a different paint job there's no reason that you need to do anything other than that. |
