Well, this hobby has actually been more like a tumor, but a benign one.... I might, that is might be interested in getting back into the swing of things, any ideas on where to start? (what new models, books, terrain, etc.) PRobably put this in the wrong section, but hey, it is a rumor, isn't it?

I faintly remember what is good and what is not, but within the past year I understand there have been alot of changes and add ons to the game. Am I correct? |

You got me with the rumor thing, though I saw that the post was by you; so I knew it was either something really big, and you logged on (finally) to report it, or it was just an attention getter. I guess it was the latter, though it did work on me.  There have been quite a few new modles released, but I don't think there have been any new sourcebooks released since you left, as the books are not being made anymore. There has not ben a rules update since the big blue rule book, though war of the ring (WOTR) has come out, as well as an expansion for it. Wotr is a company based game for huge battles. If you say what armys you're interested in, then we can tell you better what has changed for them since you left. I believe you were into Gondor? |
