I want to start this hobby but before I do need to know that I'll have people to play against. I'm in the maitland area. Most gaming stores are 20 minutes away, but I can go to the altamonte springs games workshop in the renaissance place plaza. Do any of you frequent that store? If so, when do u usually go? |

I was going to direct you to the Orange County Choppas forum but I see you found your way there already. There is a group there that has played LOTR and even ran an excellent Grand Tournament for several years. The local community seems to be waining a little there though. Starting at OCC is a good place to drum up some interest. I wish I could help but I'm in Chicago. |

Thank you for the help! You guys have any tips for getting friends to play LoTR SBG with you? Or even finding friends who like it? I'm starting at a brand new school with only one person I know (and he doesn't like geeky stuff). I'm doing the IB program, so hopefully I'll find someone from there willing to play. |
