I simply used the shap end of pliers and cut both models in half to perform a torso swap, than I GSed the join, cut the horn off the foot and mounted versions and replaced it with a shield I had made using a press mould. I did this years ago before I was documenting any of my conversions and sculpting things. Back when the Harad sourcebook came out.

ok, the spears you used on some of the conversions were they from ?

Serpent riders box, the spears are not attached to the model on the second pose
