They should be in wave 2

I have to agree that unless you want to slow your entire army down dramatically, Trolls usually end up being a second-wave arrival. I've only managed to get them up front faster in situations where our deployments are nearly on top of each other or else we have enough terrain involved to make it viable.

Good question, my answer is I don't know. I haven't played against her army since early April which was my last WOTR game. While I agree that tactically the trolls make a sound 2nd line, I'm thinking she used it in part as arrow magnets so we wouldn't focus fire on the Goblins. It's been a while so I'm not 100% sure anymore.
