Leoglas
Haldir with armour and bow
Thranduil
Cirdan

Warriors:

Wood elves box set
i also have a galadrhim elf with banner

any help is very much apprectiated.... i would really like to have the armoured glorfindel lead both armys but i know he is exspensive... also if you think i should try getting other models i will take that into account as well.... but again thank you guys...

Glorfindel isn't terribly expensive at the points you're talking about. The thing is that, if you're using LOME - he can't lead the Galadhrim or Wood Elves (they need a Lothlorien hero and/or a Thranduil's Halls hero). I would suggest buying another box of the force you plan on using most (ie. another box of Wood Elves or something). From these models building a larger point force would be a bit tricky - with these options I would field a list like this:

Erestor (Rivendell)
8 Elf Warriors with Heavy Armor and Elf Blade
4 Elf Warriors with Heavy Armor and Elf Bow

Galadriel, Protectress of Lothlorien (Lothlorien):
8 WEW with Elf Blade
8 WEW with WE Spear and Throwing Daggers
8 WEW with Elf Bow
8 Galadhrim Warriors with Spear and Shield
3 Galadhrim Warriors with Elf Bow
650 points, 49 Models, 4 Might (a little low, but you'd have to sacrifice numbers instead due to the models you have, etc.)

at 300 I would use:

Legolas (Thranduil's Halls)
WEW with Elf Blade and Throwing Daggers x5
WEW with Elf Blade x3
WEW with WE Spear x8
WEW with Elf Bow x8
300 points, 25 Models, 3 Might

You could use the box of wood elves as un-armoured Elves from Rivendell too.

At 350 points you could then take:

Glorfindel, Lord of the West
5 Elves with HA and Elven Blades
3 Elves with Elven Blades
8 Elves with spears
8 Elves with bows

25 Models. 8 Bows.

If you want Glorfindel to lead then maybe purchase some High Elves with spears and shields to accompany him. At 650 points you have more lee way and adding in a Lothlorien themed alliance would be a good move imho, using one of their cheaper heroes, like Haldir if you intend to keep Glorfindel.

Try a variation of the following:

Glorfindel
8 Elves with HA and Elven Blades
4 Elves with HA and Bows

Haldir with Armour and Bow
8 Galadhrim with Bows
6 Galadhrim with Spear and Shield
2 Galadhrim with Spear
3 Galadhrim with Elven Blade
8 Wood Elves with Spear
3 Wood Elves with Bow
3 Wood Elves with Blade and Throwing Daggers

47 Models. 6 Might. 16 Bows (17 shots) and 3 Thrown Weapons.

Since you want to use Glorfindel so much I would focus on building a larger force of High Elves (preferably some spearmen) - or, if you really want the Knights, I would focus on Lothlorien armies and heroes instead of trying to squeeze Glorfindel into other forces (as the knights are already expensive as it is without trying to ally them in).
