Looks good except I would drop the banner and get a few extra guys. banners with fight value 3 arent really all that useful i find, plus you have a lots of guys with spears that can be used as pikes, so you already have a potential of 3 attacks. I think that makes the banner useless. Or you could drop the banner and a couple of guys for a dragon knight.
Also perhaps a few more bows would come in handy, but that depends on who you are going to be playing.

Whatver you do, drop either the Halberd or the sheild on the captian-he can't go two-handed wıth the 'berd' if you ive him the shield.

Nice, though I liked the idea of the war priest but maybe that isn't suitable at this point-level.

The one flaw I can find with this list is that it looks, well, a bit boring... it might work well but you could get easily tired of playing with a big block of Easterlings and a Hero.

I agree with General Elessar it looks good but i think it would be boring in the end. The other one seemed more fun because it was more varied. But it is a solid list

Another alternative would be to put some kataphracts in there. Would make it more interesting to play, or you could switch between two armies.
