hello everyone!,

My friend has a 910 point dwarf army and were gonna battle today and i will be using Isengard.
Heres the list:

2 Uruk-hai Captains with heavy armor and shields- 120
2 Uruk-hai banner bearers- 78
3 Uruk-hai berserkers- 45
1 Isengard troll- 105
20 Uruk-hai warriors with shields- 200
20 Uruk-hai warriors with pikes- 200
20 Uruk-hai scouts with orc bows- 180
2 Warg riders with Shields- 26
2 Warg riders with Shields and throwing spears- 30
2 Warg riders with orc bows- 26

74 models/ 4 might/ 20 shots

i know its lacking a bit more might points but other than that is it good n what changes should i make?

That looks nasty...in a good way :) Almost max numbers, Fight scores on par with Dwarves, and pikes to boot...still, I'd take a hero like Sharku to lead your warg contingent (either by dropping numbers or swapping with a captain). Cavalry is a waste of points if you get caught on the turn after you charge.
Also, you might consider a few xbows to crack that tough dwarf armour, as your S2 bows aren't going to do much. Xbows also have a better range than normal dwarf bows, so you're likely to be able to shoot him sooner.

1 Sharku mounted with a shield- 60
1 Uruk-hai banner bearers- 39
3 Uruk-hai berserkers- 45
1 Isengard troll- 105
18 Uruk-hai warriors with shields- 180
18 Uruk-hai warriors with pikes- 180
6 Uruk-hai warriors with crossbows- 66
10 Uruk-hai scouts with orc bows- 90
2 Warg riders with Shields- 26
2 Warg riders with Shields and throwing spears- 30
2 Warg riders with orc bows- 26

now this is 910 points haha.. its got 63 models/5 might/ 16 shots

I agree with whafrog, it looks good. The only advice I have is to drop the banner; you've got pikes so a banner isn't necessary.

By the way, why are you playing 910pts?

All right i took out banners took out a captain for sharku and took out some archer and added crossbows and heres my final list .. The Games gonna start in 10 minutes :)

1 Uruk-hai Captain with shield- 60
1 sharku with shield- 60
1 Isengard troll- 105
3 Uruk-hai Berserkers- 45
6 warg riders- 82
19 Uruk-hai Warriors with shields- 190
19 Uruk-hai Warriors with pikes- 190
6 Uruk-hai Warriors with crossbows- 66
12 Uruk-hai Scouts with orc bows- 108

Total points: 906/ 68 models/ 5 might/ 18 shots

Looks like a good list, tell us how it went! BTW, your list is LoME illegal because you've gone over the Isengard Scouts contingent bow-limit.

No, it is legal. Legions of the White Hand can take Uruk-hai Scouts.

Looks good nothin g wrong with that it's just simple and effectife. Perosnally I would take saruman and grima in this point limit but that is just personal playstile.

thanks for the replies guys. The battle was great!! though i lost :( my uruks battled beastly to the last uruk all that was left on the table was king durin :) very good battle

That seems a bit pointless, but I guess that's how it is.
