So here is a list.
Bormoir of the White Tower w/ shield - 180
Faramir w. heavy armour - 75
Beregond - 25
14 WOMT w/ spear - 112
15 GofC w/ shield - 165
14 Citadel guard w/ longbows - 140

697 points, 46 units, 10 might, 14 s3 bows.

I have a d7 front line (which means even s4 troops only wound on 6s) with some cheap spears and then a good amount of s3 longbows to whittle the enemy down. And of course alot of might. Let me know what you think.

I wouldn't be surprised if your opponents accused you of powergaming if you used this list. If you still want to make it stronger though, I'd advise dropping Boromir.
I'm not a fan of uber-Heroes in SBG, because a Hero's main role is to provide Might. Thus the best Heroes are those with the lowest points/Might ratio. Uber-Heroes always have a really high points/Might ratio, which is why I discourage using them.

I wouldn't call that power gaming. It's 46 units with no cavalry. Any evil army could hit 75 without batting a ringwraith's eyelash :) even with high def troops like Morannons, plus some warg riders.

It certainly has its strengths, but it has equal or greater weaknesses as well.

It's certainly not powergaming and the army is themed and would certainly give my Evil army a run for its money.

Thanks for the comments guys. I dont think it but a fun army to play. I think Boromir is worth his points though is less worthwhile than aragorn who has the free might point per turn.
