It dosen't tell you the full rules, like point cost and wargear.
You can find his full rules in the fellowship of the ring journeybook.

You have to buy the book (which spuds4ever has just said is the Fellowship fo the Ring journeybook) to find that out, I'm afraid. It is illegal to tell stats and the like, so asking for them is a no-no, but asking where to find them is fine

Also, Gildor Inglorion is a single model, so unless you plan to proxy him as wood elves or soemthing, you can't collect them, lol

Yes, but it's a bit technical. You need to create a link between your wallet, and the nearest GW store. Then you can have the profiles.
