I think you could get a lot more benefit from Amdur and some kataphracts. You get a bit more might, Amdur is solid hero and a banner, and kataphracts are cheaper. I like the morgul knight models, and they do cause terror and have lances, but imho they're more appropriate for a different army.

Just curious, are you converting the spears? I don't think there are any models except bows that don't already have a shield.

You only have 4 might in the army which is not a lot and you also have 2 too many bows as the 33% rule applies to each faction in the army so I would drop those 2 and give the rest spears. I would also not take morgul knights, they don't pull their points' weight tbh, swap them out for a cheaper option like haradrim raiders with a chieftan or possibly suladan. Then with the spare points get a few more bodies and swap the warpriest for a budget wraith.

Looks good the only thing I would say is that with 7 Will and no Fate I don't think your ringwraith will last very long. You may want to consider getting him some more Fate/Will so that he lasts long enough to make a difference.
