700 pts black-shields (sbg)

finally got the profiles for the gundabad blackshields a couple of weeks ago and they are awesome!

Last week I ordered the command set and one blister and so I made a list to use the in:

Moria:
-durburz
-black-shield shaman
-black-shield drum

-25 black-shield warriors
-25 goblins with spear and shield

the nazgul:
-the shadowlord

dol guldur:
-the spider queen

should I exchange durburz for a captain and numbers?
should I exchange the black-shield shaman for a normal shaman?

No matter how good blackshields are 50 models is way too small for this points range, drop either durbuz, the shaman or the drum for more numbers. Also why bother with a drum if you have shadowlord?

FINALLY, A REPLY!!!!!!!!
I did my first 'try-out' battle, and yes numbers were a big trouble.
I'll drop durburz for a captain and couple of more guys (or just for numbers).
also their low fight value really nailed me, is their anything I could do about that? like a shade?

here's an alternative using shade/more numbers. but no spider queen

moria:
-goblin shaman
-goblin captain with shield

-32 gundabad black-shields (3 with spear)
-28 goblins with spear and shield

the nazgul:
-the shadow lord

angmar:
-shade

697 pts, 64 units, 5 might, no bows

With this army you could probably swap the shadow lord for the sq, swap captain for durburz, and more numbers
