I know that the new warband rules require the 1/12 ratio and that the Serpant Horde can have 50% bows. My question is, do the Serpant Guards count for the other 50%? So can I have 6 Haradrim archers and 6 Serpant Guards in one warband? Likewise, what about the Abrakhan Guards? I'm asking because I recently bought a Mumak and 37 archers, but no spearmen, and I don't need any more archers.

The way it works is if the only warriors in your Harad and Umbar contigent are Haradrim Warriors, Haradrim Raiders, Serpent Guards, Serpent Riders, Abrakhan Guard and/or Watchers of Karna, then you can have 50% bows.

So I can actually have 6 Serpant Guards on foot, 6 Abrakhan Guards on foot lead by Suladan and 12 Haradrim archers on a Mumak? Awesome.

You are correct, you can get very powerful Hara lists with this rule eg entire front rank of Abrakhan Guard and entire rear rank as Haradrim with spears and bows, with the Golden King, SL and cheap heroes. I like the sound of your list better though.

Ya, I just want a "small" (it'll have a mumak in it!) Harad army to complement my Easterlings, if it has str 4 +1 to wound guys in it, so much the better!
