Hey guys,
Just got the new mordor book so I thought id put my 1st Mordor army list:

Waband 1:
Gothmog
-warg
-shield

12xMorannon
-12 shields
-6 spears

Total: 252pts

Warband 2:
Nazgul
-horse
-M W F
2 10 0

12xMorannon
-12 shields
-6 spears

Total: 192pts

Warband 3:
Orc Captain
-shield

Orc with banner

11x Orc Warriors
-4 shields
-5 spears
-2 THW

Total: 141pts

Warband 4:
Orc Captain
-Orc bow

4xTrackers

Mordor troll

Total: 165pts

Grand Total: 750pts

What do you guys think? Making an army list is actually a lot harder than i thought, after making the first 2 warbands Im just not too sure what to do with the rest of the points!
General plan is to have to warbands of morannon orcs hold the line/objectives and the rest to hit flanks, enemy archers and all things squishy.

Ive got a pile more mordor orcs, another banner, grishnakh and 6 wargs, any thoughts on an improved list?

I would switch your warbands around. Alot of missions see warbands spread out.

YOu have a troll (basically the most close combat model) in a band with 4 trackers (the most shooty)

I would drop 1 moranon for a tracker and put hte troll in a different warband. 0 fate on a nazgul is quite inviting too. I'd want atleast 1 fate.

Trackers generally fair better on wargs under the new rules due to it giving them some kind of offensive capability.

Isn't the drum for the troll 20pts?? if it is I'd even be tempted to drop the trackers all together and get a TROLL drum in another warband. Drop the captain for a second banner and upgrade the nazgul

If you really want to use Gothmog don't have in on a warg leading inantry, either drop his Warg, or have him lead Warg Riders. Drop the banner, and swap the Orcs with shields for Morannon Orcs. Don't use Morannon Orcs with spears plain, either give hem shields as well or just use lesser Orcs. I would say swap the Troll and an Orc Captain for a Troll Chieftain.
