Unfortunately the Ent is not a hero, so can't form his own warband. I broke this rule myself a few games back, but only because it was a custom scenario and I was building both armies.

Otherwise:
- I find it handy to give all the spear elves throwing daggers too
- rather than the Ent, a bigger hero like Celeborn or Galadriel might come in handy
- named heroes are usually a better deal, e.g. Haldir is probably a better option than one of the captains.

Perhaps instead of the Ent you could bring along Elladan and Elrohir....

The Elf Twins would ruin the theme, I would agree with whafrog.

Yes, the Twins would indeed crash the theme- they would only work if Celeborn or Galadriel were already in there, then they could be 'visiting the granparents.' As it is, I would drop the ent, a couple of warriors, put Celeborn in there. Otherwise, it looks good- guards of the Galadhrim court can be nice, but don't bring too many of them- just enough to be able to acquire that extra attack when it would be useful- but I don't think that they are necessary.

so Ents can only be lead by Treebeard?

I don't have the Free Peoples book (Which I guess is the one with ents), but you can use any hero from the list with ents to make a warband with them. If Treebeard is the only hero in the list with ents, then yes only Treebeard can lead ents. If there are any other heroes in that list, they can lead ents too (unless ents have some special rule making it impossible). Another example could be the Fiefdoms, where a Captain of Dol Amroth can lead Army of the Dead, because both DolAmroth and the Dead are in the Fiefdoms list.

Ents can be led by Gwaihir, Bilbo, Bullroarer and Ghan in addition to Treebeard. However that doesn't really help your theme!

If you want one Ent in your army legally without breaking theme, just have Treebeard, and no normal Ents.

The first. I think it's better in general to max your war bands (but rules are made to be broken...)

Looks pretty good! Not to harp on it, but you have 3 points left...spears are a quick easy way to absorb extra points (unless you don't have the models).

i do not have any more speers, but i think it is okay
i forgot to mention that one of the Galadhrim Warrior with bow has now also a horn
so i am using nearly every elven model i have

Swap the horn for 2-3 more elves, they certainly do not need the extra courage.

i did not play with this list yet, because i have to buy the Galadhrim Commanders and Guards of the Galadhrim Court
