Elves and Dwarves... (500 points)

Hi this is my first suggested/proper army list:
All help valued! Here goes then...
Warband 1:
High elf captain=75
6 high elf warriors with spear+shield=66
4 high elf warriors with elf bow+spear+shield=52
1 high elf warrior with banner=34
Total (Warband 1) =227

Warband 2:
Legolas with armour=95
4 galadhrim with elf bow+spear+shield=48
Total (Warband 2) =143

Warband 3:
Balin with Durin's axe=85
4 khazad guard=44
Total (Warband 3)=129

Total points cost=499

So opinions guys...

Looks all right. Only issue is that your second warband isn't rules legal, you can only take bows on one third of the models in each faction so:
Rivendel: 11 models, 4 archers max
Lothlorien/Mirkwood: 4 models, 2 archers max
Durin's Folk: 4 models, 2 archers max.

I'd perhaps consider dropping either warband one or two and adding numbers to the remaining bands but its up to you

edit the post remove models point cost, just point the warband general value

Why give High Elves Spear, Shield and Bow? I personally wouldn't. Just use the Bowmen to support and shoot behind your lines. I don't think a shield on them is necessary.
