tricky list but not as bad as it seems, I know its kinda low on might for the points but...
The betrayer enhance the poison of all the harad shooting, I wanted to make sure I hard a few bows just in case I needed shooting, they ain´t much but combined with the 9 bows from the beast of gorgoroth that should do the trick for shooting army...

The main line is basically compromised with morannon orcs combined with random orcs, which under the shaman´s cover can grant them fury.

The harad warband is basically an escort part for diplomatic solutions, thats why I saw the golden king as the best representative for such matters, also he can prove usefull to remove annoying models from the field with gold promise combined with the sap will and courage of the betrayer.

What you guys think?

Looks good but is a point over so would be illegal

Number's are low, dwarves would cut through it like a hot knife through butter. I've never seen a Great beast do well either. Drop that and get more harad/ morannon orcs.

Well hes a tricky model to play for a couple reasons but hes of a sort like a mini mumakill:

Bad things:
- hes a very big model
- can be affected like by magic that is not harmless unlike the mumakill
- hes not a banner like a mumakill
- the crew ain´t that good like haradrim, either on shooting nor on poison arrows
- can´t take captain inside or other heroe anyway
- can´t be upgraded
- not as fast as cavalry
- hes a dull beast for fighting (fight 3 S6)
- also hes very weak on courage
- T7 4 wounds ain´t way much diferent than a mordor troll, good to shove off S2 shoots, but vs S3 +, on 6s he eats badly.
- deathweight when he dies, hits orcs on 4+ then the orc suffer a S6 hit (nasty but not as awfull as a mumak, the dmg he takes per 2 inches of falling down)

good things:
- he moves faster than infantry
- if he charges, its something like the mumakill but only inflicts 1 single S6 hit and if kills the target keep moving until the enemy survives or he completes his movement, although no mention on straight line charge, so you can potencially kill more stuff while zigzaging through enemy lines picking more models than with the oliphant.
- he got 3A, which is still big nice for such dull beast
- hes a monter (monstrous mount)so he folllow all rules of both (imagine after a sucessfull charge he wins combat and slam a warrior rank inside his battle lines knocking more and that also includes cavalry)
- all orcs hold bows and can shoot even if the beast moves all its movement and can shoot even if its engaged in combat and they only count as 1 model for working out how many bows you can have on your army(9 bows + 1 orc with a spear)(the howdah dont have defence or battering points so can´t be destroyed)
- hes less than half a cost of a mumakill, much weaker but do not underestimate such thing.

It's also only fight 3 so a half decent opponent will wait out of range/ heroic move a hero into it and probably kill it in one turn. It's a model I'd love to have and use but just can't justify it in a force when I can get a wraith on a fellbeast for 45pts extra.

The Great Beast is not a Hero, so you'd need to put him in one of the other warbands.

greatbeast profile rules says he count as a single warband...although its not market with the banner icon thing like castellans... its oneof his rules still

He counts as one model in a warband so Gothmog is right, he would need to go in a mordor warband.
