I know its low on models but this is to go into a battleline, the warriors of the death with D8 make the front line supported by fight 4 man at arms and with Imrahil nearby those man at arms count as being on a banner´s effect.
The standfast is good and the archers are ok, they get better vs monsters however...

Imrahil needs to be mounted! If you have a beatstick like him who you have already spent 135 pts on you may as well spend that extra 15 for the horse and lance

Where are your "Warriors of the pestilence" and "warriors of the war"? lol

Your relying quite heavily on a small number of models as your "core" frontline, seems quite fragile - excluding the defence. Hmm, just drop a couple of men-at-arms and get an armoured horse.
