So, I recently bought some new models (Erkenbrand, Cirion&Madril) and I made a possible list for a possible upcoming game

I'll probably be fighting (multiple) monsters so I thought it'd be nice to have the King's Huntsman.
I have only one Rohan Royal Guard in my collection so I don't really want to include him.

I'll gladly accept some tips to improve the list!

You need an extra Redshield in Erkanbrand's Warband I think

Drop the throwing spears, turn the three WoMT with spears to swords, and add a WFRS to Erkenbrand's warband. If you have points left (1-2?), add shields onto as many of the WoMT that have swords as you can.

I replaced Madril with Beregond (I'll keep Madril in specific scenarios for his special rules) and got rid of a few throwing spears (I kept a few because I like them) and this is my new list:

Dropped some might and thr.spears (11->6) but gained bows and cavalry, so I think that's an improvement!

That looks like a very solid list. I don't even think it needs changing anymore.
