So, I recently bought some new models (Erkenbrand, Cirion&Madril) and I made a possible list for a possible upcoming game :D

Minas Tirith

Warband 1
Cirion, Lieutenant of Amon Barad
6 Warrior of Minas Tirith with Shield; Spear;
3 Warrior of Minas Tirith with Shield;
3 Warrior of Minas Tirith with Spear;

Warband 2
Madril, Captain of Ithilien
6 Ranger of Gondor

Rohan
Warband 1
Erkenbrand, Captain of Rohan with Horse;
4 Westfold Redshield with Throwing spears;


Warband 2
Captain of Rohan with Horse; Shield;
4 Rohan Outrider
7 Warrior of Rohan with Throwing spears; Shield;


Warband 3
King's Huntsman

600 pts
38 models
13 might
10 bows + KH, Madril, 4 WFRS= 16 bows

I'll probably be fighting (multiple) monsters so I thought it'd be nice to have the King's Huntsman.
I have only one Rohan Royal Guard in my collection so I don't really want to include him.

I'll gladly accept some tips to improve the list!

You need an extra Redshield in Erkanbrand's Warband I think

Drop the throwing spears, turn the three WoMT with spears to swords, and add a WFRS to Erkenbrand's warband. If you have points left (1-2?), add shields onto as many of the WoMT that have swords as you can.

I need another WFRS in that warband.

I replaced Madril with Beregond (I'll keep Madril in specific scenarios for his special rules) and got rid of a few throwing spears (I kept a few because I like them) and this is my new list:


Warband 1
Cirion, Lieutenant of Amon Barad
8 Warrior of Minas Tirith with Shield; Spear;
4 Warrior of Minas Tirith with Shield;

Warband 2
Damrod, Ranger of Ithilien
7 Ranger of Gondor

Warband 3
Erkenbrand, Captain of Rohan with Horse;
4 Westfold Redshield
2 Westfold Redshield with Throwing spears;

Warband 4
Captain of Rohan with Horse; Shield;
4 Rohan Outrider
4 Warrior of Rohan with Throwing spears; Shield;
4 Warrior of Rohan with Shield;

Warband 5
King's Huntsman

600pts

42 units
11 might
19 bows (including heroes and WFRS)

Dropped some might and thr.spears (11->6) but gained bows and cavalry, so I think that's an improvement!

That looks like a very solid list. I don't even think it needs changing anymore. :-)
