Maybe goblin, or corsair. I'm not sure. I think men, Uruk-hai, orcs, elves dwarfs can all have war horns, not sure about goblins. |

moria doesn't have a war horn or banner they have a 12" drum set that works like a banner/horn/harbinger of evil. but thy are so worth the high point cost |
