Ok guys ere we go!

I have here my first 650pts list with the new rules - I give you... My Isengard Force


I know a lot of the rules for the old LOTR SBG but only have some knowledge to the new to the Hobbit rules (i.e. special strikes etc...)

Lemme know what you think of my list...am i missing anything? do i have too much of something?

W1:
Uruk Cpt+shield + armour (2M/1W/1F)
Uruk Banner
5x Orcs + spear + shield
4x Uruks+shields

W2:
Ringwraith + steed (2M/ 10W/2F)
5x Wargs + shields

W3:
Uruk Shaman +spear (1M/3W/1F)
4x Uruks +shield
3x Uruks +pike
3x Orcs + spear

W4:
Vrasku (3M/1W/1F) <- Have not used him yet!!
10x Crossbowmen

Total:
Might =8
Will =15
Fate = 5
Models = 39

Please leave a comment/ suggestion on what i can improve/ remove etc...

I don't know about your knowlegde of the new spear and pike rules. But pikes are no longer allowed to support spears, only other pikemen.
So having an odd amount of pikes is not very usefull.

Also pretty sure you're on 642 points, giving you another 8 points to devide.

I'd advice you to take the Dark Marshal. That makes the ringwraith 30 points more expensive but that's only 5 points more than your Uruk banner costs. You'll find more use in him (and on the plus side his banner is bigger which is, believe me, a big bonus).

Personnally I'm not a fan of Warg Riders actually. Dropping all of them you can give the Dark Marshal a Fell Beast and upgrade all your Orc Warriors to Uruk-hai. Getting more out of your Fury and adding a lot more S4.

It's a decent list. Just remember fury only effects the caster's race so Orcs are not effected by a Uruk-hai Shaman

Nice list, would swap out crossbows for scouts with bows, only because of low point value = )
