Hello

On Saturday I'm going to my first real tournament. I'm planning on taking my Isegard army, if the paint dries.

Have in mind that I'm somewhat limited in what models I have.

Saruman
12 Uruk-hai Warrior with Crossbow;

Lurtz
4 Uruk-hai Warrior with Shield;
6 Uruk-hai Berserker

Uruk-hai Captain with Shield;
12 Uruk-hai Warrior with Shield;

Gríma Wormtongue

Will this army lose every game? What should I change? What should my next plans for the army be?

Maybe put in a few Uruk's with pikes to back up the Beserkers instead of shields this would give them an extra attack making them more scary.

Also I'd mount Saruman that way you can give yourself more options

To expand you army I would get you hands on a Shaman, a Isengard Troll, Marhur and some scouts upgraded to Marauders for the extra move distance.

A Drummer would also be handy as it would allow you to hoard your might that bit longer

Saruman at 700pts still seems a gamble, seeing correctly he cost as much as an entire warband very well armed... if you take him and if possible for you, him on horse would be better, cause you can move 5"/cast magic/move back another 5", so can give you quite nice hit and run magic spells protecting himself after behind the horse.

Another Suggestion even more important than Saruman and like Alatar mentioned:

Uruk hai shaman, foremost of all you have to get least 1 of these, the channeled 5+ fury its huge, specially for your fighting uruk hai line and keep em alive, 2 out of 6 rolls you gonna save uruks, so normally you should save an equivalent to a full 12 man sized warband just with channel rolls if you can keep the shaman alive.

Uruk hai Pikemen, you have to get support fights somewhere, even if you take less pikemen than swordsmen, but you have to, its vital in the thick of the melee...
