Here is a 600 point corsair list I'm thinking of taking to an upcoming tournament. Warband 1 Knight of umbar w. fellbeast 5 x corsair reaver 5 x corsair w. shield + spear Warband 2 Captain w. crossbow 9 x arbalester Warband 3 Dalamyr 5 x corsair reaver 4 x corsair w. shield + spear This is all about getting up close and personal with my fight 5 reavers, using my Arbalesters to target anything big and nasty (only needing 6's to sound D8!) and the knight of umbar to compel, heroic combat, hurl and then hurl again! Kind of view this as a glass cannon, thoughts? |

Please turn in your Haradrim card and don't let the door hit you on your way out lol. I hate the Corsairs in SBG, but your list looks solid. Good offensive potential but as you've noted your defense across the board is pretty low, so enemy archers could be a concern |

Haha yes if feel dirty converting them with axes! I really wanted to do his list so I could build the corsair ship from the magazine series Yes archery is my main concern, my plan is to put my arbalesters in front to shield my troops and with s4 shots and a heroic shoot if needed I should hopefully take down a few then charge in! |
