I love the army! Im always happy to see a Hobbit force on the field! Your force is pretty much doing everything right....You have lots of sherrifs to stun monsters, fully loaded on archers, 12" standfast, and upgraded Hobbitry with piercing strike

The only thing I think your missing is a banner. Adding a banner on Halbarad would be the ultimate choice, however if you really cant manage the points. I would try to add Bill the Pony from the Fellowship. He give banner bonuses to all Hobbits and he is a cheaper option than Frodo or Banner of Arwen Evenstar.

To get this in, I would drop the random Dunedain and a hobbit. That way, you effectively roll 3 dice in combat with a re-roll for the hobbit and a Ranger supporting all at fight 4. That is personally the only change I would make at this point range.

Trying out something I haven´t done in long time. Warband 1 Bilbo Baggins, Master Burglar Warband 2 Meriadoc, Captain of the Shire with shield and elven cloak on pony 5 Shirriffs 6 battlin´ brandybucks (wielding axes) Warband 3 Peregrin, captain of the shire with elven cloak on pony 3 Shirriffs 8 hobbit archers Warband 4 Paladin took 3 Shirriffs 4 battlin´ brandybucks (wielding axes) 4 hobbit archers Warband 5 Halbarand Dúnadan 7 Rangers of Arnor (all with spear) Warband 5 Dunedain with spear total: 500 What you think?

You need that Dunedain to give you 100% archery with the rangers.

Yes very good call on that though Billy the pony for half the halbarad banner upgrade cost do similar in a way, banner of 3" and autopass courage tests, billy give to any fellowship members on a roll of a 6 a recover 1 point of something, but its just 1/6 chances in doing so though. the problem of those mentioned above are: to field halbarad its to drop 60pts, either drop the entire ranger company or drop 60pts on hobbits in which this case almost an entire warband for it though :/ to field billy would need to drop something and hmm half of his usefull skills only affect fellowship members and I got none hre...

Don't you think the regular bilbo is enough? Master burglar seems like a waste of points

well he has S3 and D6 along with 3/3/3 points of ea and that ring not awoken thing..

I don't like the list, because it isn't really fluffy. Pippin and Merry (after they returned to the shire) together with Bilbo, who was about 130 (?) and Halbarad, who died at the fields of Pelennor. Furthermore I don't think it is that strong. You will struggle against monsters, because the only thing you have to face it is the ring and Bilbo only moves 4" and even with the ring most Monsters will have higher fight than the majority of your troops (so I'd take spears on the rangers). Moreover you only have one bigger hero and every Ringwraith will easily deal with him. So I'd take Elladan and Elrohir instead of Halbarad and Bilbo. More fluffy and better against monsters (6 might to heroic strike and elvenblades). I'd field something like this: Merry 8 Battlin Brandybock (axes) 4 Shirrifs Pippin 8 Battlin Brandybock (axes) 4 Shirrifs Paladin 12 Hobbit Archers Lobelia Fredegar Elladan and Elrohir with heavy armours 6 Rangers of Arnor with spears 2 x Ranger of the North with spears ___________________________________ 500 points; 51 models; 11 might; 20 bows I think this is awesome. You have 51 models, 20 bows on 3+ (and 27 stowns), 2 good heros and enough might, F4 support were you need it and 8 warbands! Moreover your Brandyboch will strike with strength 4-6 and your shirrifs (and if it is really needed Paladin) are really powerfull against monsters.
