Question: Do Mahud, corsairs, black numenoreans and half trolls come under a harad list? Can I mingle them in a harad warband or do I have to have a mahud captain to lead mahud infantry. Treat them as allies?

They are all in the same list. You can lead them with any other Harad heroe.

They are all part of the same army list. A Muhad chieftain can lead Haradrim and vice-versa.
