Nice one, I am thinking of the exact same thing, elite Morannon army with:
* Kardush
* Taskmaster
* Mordor Troll Chieftain / Shagrat WL / Gothmog
* Named Wraith on Fell Beast

I have not worked with a 750 points list yet (only 500 and 600), but I would perhaps go for something like this:

Kardûsh the Firecaller

This is exactly 750 points with 39 units, which is fewer than you have fielded above, but not too few.

In my opinion you should not field a vanilla wraith on a Fell Beast, it should definitely be a named, and you could for example select either The Unduying, Khamul or Shadow Lord, depending on what type of role you would like it to have and what type of utility you need.

Kardush with The Unduying is a pretty nice combo!
You could consider throwing in a few cheap units for Kardush to sacrifice, but they would perhaps be prime targets for your opponent...

The Mordor Troll Chieftain has a brutal combat profile, but with only 1 Will he is extremely susceptible to magic..........
You could change him to either Gothmog on Warg or perhaps Shagrat War Leader. Gothmog is the only one covered by Fury, however..
