Hey guys,

With a huge tournament weekend coming up, I have too much time to kill, so I would really appreciate your opinions on which of these two lists I should take to the tournament weekend. I can see benefits and drawbacks to both lists, so I'd really like to get the thoughts of some more experienced players. I've been told that because of the low points limit, using more of my hard hitting two attack models is a good idea because the low limit makes them harder to deal with. Anyways, here are the lists, all advice is welcome!

LIST 1

Uruk-Hai Captain - heavy armour and a shield
3 Uruk-Hai Warriors
4 Uruk-Hai Crossbows
2 Feral Uruk-Hai
3 Uruk-Hai Berserkers

Uruk-Hai Shaman
3 Uruk-Hai Warriors
3 Uruk-Hai Crossbows
2 Feral Uruk-Hai
4 Uruk-Hai Berserkers

Pros: Ability for channelled fury, auto-pass courage tests, 5+ fury save

Cons: Very few might points available for using and countering heroic actions

LIST 2

Uruk-Hai Captain - heavy armour & shield
2 Uruk-Hai Warriors
2 Feral Uruk-Hai
3 Uruk-Hai Crossbows
4 Uruk-Hai Berserkers

Vrasku
1 Uruk-Hai Warriors
2 Feral Uruk-Hai
4 Uruk-Hai Crossbows
4 Uruk-Hai Berserkers

Pros: higher number of might points to use for heroic actions, both heroes capable of killing opponent models.

Cons: No fury (no fearlessness, 5+ save), possibly too reliant on crossbows being effective prior to combat.

Obviously, I have not included an uruk-hai banner in either list, which I normally would in any list that I create at 400pts or higher, in favour of more fighting models. I would normally always include the shaman as one of my heroes by default, but I'm wondering, at such a low points total, would swapping it for a better combat hero be beneficial, make the list more potent.

I like the second list better. I'd try and get at least a few pikes in each warband though.

Crossbows mean you'll probably dominate shooting, so your opponent will have to come at you. At that point you want those pikes supporting the heavy hitters.
