I shall make postage as cheap as possible and will post worldwide from England. I work on a general rule of 3 plastics = 1 metal or Finecast. (Mounted count as two, monsters etc roughly equivalent material use.)

I have both the high elves and wood elves, which I would like to trade for the riders of rohan. what do you think is a fair trade between cavalry and infantry models? two infantry for 1 cavalry?

I also have a plastic scenery piece, it is a ruined building thingy which is unpainted.

The riders don't actually have horses, just as a heads up. Not sure if that'll change your choice of trading for them. I would say that a rider is a model and a horse a model, so a plastic rider is equivalent to a plastic infantryman and a metal horse would be three lastic infantrymen. Hope that clarifies. As to bigger things, it can be worked out ;)

I would say the 4 high elves for the 4 riders is fair, if you agree, but I understand that you may wish to drop out because they lack horses. Also, what would you like in place of the scenery?

It sounds like a very good offer. I believe that it is those two models, but currently they are at my girlfriend's house (I'll be there tomorrow night to confirm). Both are painted or, rather, basecoated. If you need them stripped it'll take longer of course, but am happy to do so, just let me know! PM me for address and I'll confirm in there ;)

Ohh..yes, I was a little eager and missed the part where it said "no horse". that puts a different perspective on things. Umm..yeah, it would be better if they had horses, so I'm afraid it can't be done as I don't have spares of my own and am not up to sculpting horses yet. Thanks anyway. :)

As for the scenery piece, I can take some warriors of rohan for it, not sure how many is fair though. what do you think?

My apologies for taking a while to reply. I thought that you may have missed that part, so I thought it may be best to make sure that you know ;) If you did want them, you could always create a mold of a horse (or two) and then replicate them. If you want a link, I can send you a great video tutorial.

As to the scenery, I'd have to see a picture first. Also, I seem to suddenly only have one spear-armed warrior..........

Hey those Uruk-hai are actually needed greatly so they would be great :-D What elves are painted and do you have any more bad guyz?

Replied to PM - I saw that your brother wanted Uruk-hai, hence mentioning them ;) 6 of the blade elves and 6 of the bow elves are painted, but I can strip them if you'd like? I think that, unfortunately, I have not other spare evil models.

I have a box of Uruk-hai scouts painted, but I was planning to use them, however, I'd be willing to trade them at a slightly higher rate than usual (such as 2 scouts for 3 plastic models or 2 scouts for a single metal model). Obviously, I'd supply pictures beforehand, since it's only fair ;)
