Right I have taken the plunge and started to age this thing, I'm not totally happy yet but I am getting there I think.

Great job.  For the weathering marks, is it just a deceptive paint job or did you make indentations in the armour? It looks like you made actual marks.

Thanks guys the battle damage is painted on, I am glad it looks to you like it is actually marked as that is the effect I was going for and on red minis it is difficult to achieve. As for the demons they have never really interested me and to be fair I would have to improve a long way to actually win one. I entered once back in 95 and made the finals on my first and only attempt which was good enough for me. I don't envisage going again but you never know. the mini is placed on a pin vice this makes this particular mini easier to hold and paint as for how the battle marks are done it is quite easy really just paint a very dark mark and then underline it with your highlight tone. |

Great stuff Tim! I admire just how neat your painting always is. You finish one bit and only then move to the next one, and then the next one... and there's never any paint over the other areas basecoat. I can't do that! |

Thanks guys well I'm back again with another update, the tabard is now done and also the purity seals and the crux terminatis. I am pleased with how the mini is going and especially pleased with the crux as this was lacking alot of detail and i had to paint that in freehand, also the cracked effect came out better than I had hoped. [center] 
[/center] I am also going to try and add cobwebs to the mini when it is on the base that I am planning for it. Hopefully more updates soon. |

At last I have finished painting the actual mini of the dead terminator, I have yet to make its base and then add one or two finishing touches when that is done but for now the mini is finished and can be put to one side, [center] 
[/center] I am hoping to get one of the 3D space hulk rooms that someone posted a link to on here to make into a display base but for now this project is finished and time to move onto a new one. |

I'm stunned again mate! I already loved the way you painted the figure itself, but the back of the chair which I didn't know was detailed aswell is just amazing how you worked that out! Always a pleasure to follow your WIPs !! Once again captain Tidoco showed his quality!
