Post subject: Cirdan laying down....

If Cirdan casts Blinding Light and Aura of Command while standing, then lays down, the effects continue until he has less than one point of will....even though he is laying down. Correct? The laying down rule says he cannot "employ magic", but "cast magic" is hopefully what is meant.
