I noticed that some of the characts allow you to spend some points in order to purchase heavy armor and others have the option for armor. Does purchasing those extra armor bonuses grant a +1 to the characters defense? I know that buying shields give a defense bonus but can not find within the sbg rule bo or new sourcebooks what you get when you buy armor. Thanks. |

Armour grants +1 Defense, heavy armour grants +2 Defense. If a profile already includes armour, purchasing heavy armour would increase Defense by 1 (as it already is increased by 1). Is this a help? |

That does makes sense. Where is the entry regarding the armor and heavy armor upgrade in the new source books or rile book because i could not find that info anywhere? |
