can monsters and monstrous calvary be knocked prone by the bash special strike?

First up, have you read the new weapon rules?

secondly, it depends where you read. Monsters and Monsterous creatures cant usually be knocked over by anything under str 6 however the description for bash doesnt make exceptions for monsters therefor you could possibly, but it would be hard.
