Hey guys, I've got the old big blue hardback rulebook from back in the day for all of the character profiles. As I've only got lotr models that are in this book do I need to go dish out cash for the newer army books or have the profiles stayed the same? (namely mordor and free peoples) Oh and I do have the goblin town rule book so I'm familiar with all the new rules and such. Thanks for your time |

The big change is the warband rules, which are in the new Hobbit book, so you're set there. I don't think much has changed for those army groups, but you'll be missing out on a few options if the only models you have are the ones in the blue book. Lots of nifty newer stuff is available for both Mordor and the Free Peoples. |

Yeah I realize there are quite a few new models, but I'm content with what I've already got and am moving on to the Hobbit stuff. I'll end up getting the books if I expand my armies, but for now I'm glad that what I've got is still up to date. |

All the hobbit unexpected journey models are on GW website so there is no need to but the big hobbit rule book |
