As a new player.I have a question:
Does the Balorg when he wins a duel (who has 4 attacks) either:
Make 4 strikes on each losing model?
OR
Allocate his 4 strikes between losing models?

You have to allocate all strikes before rolling to wound. You can roll one at a time so you don't over allocate attacks. So 4 strikes between losing models.
