Do warg's get 2 attacks when charging a foot model?

The 2 attacks is a combination of the charge of the mount with the more traditional attacks from the rider. So a warg by itself, although it looks vicious and large, is still only attacking at the same speed as another charging warrior. The defender is particularly helped by the fact that they can fight back without being skewered from above by the rider.

I still don't believe wargs are a tough in the game as they appear to be in the films. But oh well. I guess they have to limit them for the games.

So wargs don't get a knockdown effect, only if they are mounted?

Only mounted wargs get the knock down. Single wargs are just treated as infantry.
